Evidence of Impact

A few things at a glance

Rated "Accomplished", the top evaluation rating

Ohio's teacher evaluation system tops out at "Accomplished," and that's where my reviews have landed. It reflects how I show up, prepared, reflective, and always working to get better for my students and the teachers I support.

30+ teachers who know I've got their back

I coach and support more than thirty classroom teachers across grades K–5. That looks like modeling a lesson, talking through a tricky student, or just being a steady person to problem-solve with. When teachers feel supported, it shows up in their classrooms, and that's the whole point.

A real system for kids who are struggling

As our MTSS/IAT coordinator, I run the problem-solving process that catches kids before they fall through the cracks. I pull teachers, specialists, and families together, dig into the academic, behavior, and attendance data, and we build a plan with a clear next step, not just a meeting that ends with a shrug.

Reading instruction grounded in what actually works

I coordinate reading intervention across the building using practices aligned to the Science of Reading. We use data to figure out exactly what each reader needs, then match the instruction to it, and we keep checking to make sure it's working.

Building things teachers actually keep using

A lot of my favorite work sticks around after I'm done, a writing resource hub, a schoolwide literacy week, a summer reading program. I like creating tools and systems that make teachers' jobs easier and keep helping students long after the first idea.
